Hop into Spring at the Mill Creek Eggstravaganza

An image of the event in 2018Join the City of Mill Creek, in partnership with Canyon Creek Church, in welcoming spring on Saturday, April 20, for the annual Eggstravaganza. The event begins at 10:30 a.m. at Heatherwood Middle School, 1419 Trillium Blvd. SE in Mill Creek.

Enjoy free egg hunts starting at 11 a.m., face painting, balloon animals, bounce houses and even an appearance from the Easter Bunny. The egg hunt for ages one to four will begin at 11 a.m. and kindergarten through fifth grade will begin at 11:30 a.m. Please bring a canned food donation for the Mill Creek Food Bank as well as a bag or basket to collect eggs. Laser tag and carnival games are provided by event sponsors.

“Watching all of the families in the Mill Creek community come together to celebrate the holiday weekend is always a treat,” said Kristen Rasmussen, community engagement coordinator. “Our sponsors are always so helpful in making sure there are great activities for all ages.”

Participants can park at the Heatherwood Middle School lot or at Jackson High School. Traffic impacts should be minimal with higher volumes on Trillium Blvd and 136th Street SE.
